I went to the Miami Book Fair yesterday. I was stunned to see the incredible turnout for what was 95% books! Young, old, families, kids, every color and religion. Over 100k people for the weekend. Great to see there is still Interest in reading! I think I will be there next year…

The Founders put ‘advice and consent’ in the Constitution for a reason. They wanted Senators to have oversight over Cabinet picks of a President to ensure that they were properly vetted. Winning an election 49.89%-48.24 doesn’t dispense with that constitutional responsibility.
