"it's just a metab day" I tell myself as I binge for the third time this week

I know that by tomorrow the hunger won't be so bad but I need some dopamine to get through the day and I don't have any (responsible) ideas :(

I've decided this diet is going to get me to 129, I don't care about logic or physics. I did good today and fingers crossed I can keep it going

I got my cat a little tent so she can chill on my balcony with me, but now it's all she wants to so I'm forced to just spend hours on my balcony sitting with her lol

Well it was definitely a blood sugar thing, in other totally not related news I binged :( I'm not sure what I did wrong, I had a pretty decent breakfast

I'm super shaky, time to play a fun game called low blood sugar or low blood pressure

Restriction is so BORING ugh

Just got up started to prepare binge food, gained consciousness and went back to bed without a binge. Then I got up and did it again lol.

I didn't eat many calories today but I did add some sesame oil to my salad!! It's been a LONG time since I've willingly added oil to something and honestly, it was way better
