Injury prevention for FO men. 1 - Repetitive stance & Motion 2 - 1000’s of right hand impacts 3 - Hip impingement, Shoulder injury and low back pain. We must train our posterior chain while keeping up on our anterior flexibility to counteract our imbalances or the injury rate will be severe.
