Neoliberalism has no answers, so they are silent.

I'll take a billion cheeseburgers a second to go, please.

All that talk by PM Carney about how the relationship with Canada and the US is over, and "Elbows Up", and pushback on Tariffs ended up being a bunch of nonsense PR, eh? Bill C2 is a brand new set of American Made clothes, suiting us up to be less kind, more surveilled, and more isolated.

if you're canadian, please reach out to your MP regarding bill C2. our new PM's administration just proposed a sweeping bill that would allow for massive government overreach, all in the efforts to appease D Trump and "normalize our trade relationship"

Bill C-2 has enormous implications for the privacy of Canadians. Buried toward the end is a law enforcement wish list that includes warrantless disclosure of information about Internet subscribers and unprecedented access to Internet provider networks. bsky.app/profile/mgei...

bill c2 is incredibly broad sweeping powers: it attacks: - all canadians' online privacy & privacy wrt to mail - immigrants, it gives arbitrary powers, without oversight to the immigration minister - and more www.parl.ca/DocumentView... very disappointing: @mark-carney.bsky.social

If C2 is any indication, the Carney government is less concerned about setting a new direction in our relationship with Nazi America and more about giving Trump everything he wants, in hopes of getting a trade deal. It turns out Carney's elbows are aimed at us.

Plus, the dumbest premier in history gets to claim stupidity works.

Essentially, we can trust the Americans because we have agreements with them. It's not like they would ever violate an agreement with us, right? The Carney government is off to a flying start in their mission to chart a different relationship with Nazi America. youtu.be/qk4ulItYydI?...

P3's are a disaster that both of the big parties just can't do without.

Agreed.

If Poilievre or any other Conservative was saying and doing this y'all would be losing your shit. This is what makes the Liberals most dangerous, because y'all let them get away with shit you'd never let the Cons get away with www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

Not so sure this is true.

Listening to CBC about the "nation building " projects. Sounds like P3's forever.

The not Trumps. How inspiring.

I hear the Muppets are looking for a new home.

Mr. Carney, build that wall.

True, but Liberals cannot neoliberal their way out of this mess. I don't think they get that.

If defined benefit pensions are good for MPPs, why is everyone else stuck with defined contribution pensions?

An existential thing.

The most centrist Democratic response, ever. I bet she's going to write a stern letter, too.
