NEW — This AM former HHS staffers confronted Sen. Jim Banks (R-IN) about slashing budgets and staff, per video shared with me by Mack Schroeder, a former Budget Analyst for the Office of the Secretary.  Banks tells Schroeder he "probably deserved" to lose his job "because you seem like a clown."
