Sure man, great point. Anyway, time to open up the pages of The Atlantic, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The LA Times, The Chicago Tribune and the Boston Globe and see what the thought leaders of consensus liberalism in the United States have been talking about for the past eight years.

Well, thank God this is all simply the organic swinging of a pendulum, unaltered by human motive forces, and not the predictable product of spending a decade+ shouting down the left and dutifully coddling an ascendant, accelerant far-right that is now seizing power across the developed world.

Real 'Prize Pig at a Country Fair' energy emanating from him. Sat proudly on the podium with his rosette, completely oblivious as to what his laudatory appraisers envision for him.

Interestingly, the same thing that occurred during the Third Reich. The ‘all-powerful’ Gestapo were surprisingly quite small in number; what created their panoptic power was the phenomenon of regular people selling out neighbours and coworkers over petit-bourgeois (and petty, bourgeois) grievances.

I was fucking killing it here

Re: Starmer’s pledge to provide peacekeepers to Ukraine, until I see him convince the Trump admin (whose VP is currently going around telling NATO and every European leader to go sit on a long spike) to commit to said ‘security guarantee’, all I hear is cheap heat. www.politico.eu/article/keir...

Maybe the right-wingers are more "generous" to TCW because his arguments serve their cause of dismantling civil rights

The people pushing the anti-trans agenda share in the same concept of Will as the Third Reich, only they believe, sincerely, that by sheer force of will* they can return the US to a world where women wear long dresses with aprons and men wear slacks and Van Heusen shirts. *and attendant violence

Walking into The Guardian offices, looking through the editorial guidelines shelves, spotting a black ring-binder folder labeled ‘Reporting on the Far-Right’, and opening it only to find a single, heavily-worn 7” vinyl record of Enya’s “Only Time”

See, questioning the normative operations and outcomes of UK foreign policy and diplomatic relations with, e.g., the US military-security nexus and NATO, that’s Putin apologia, but taking money from wealthy Russians to help extricate them from the mess their leader made? That’s just good business.

Image: Keir Starmer holding a press conference somewhere in the White House talking about how productive the talks have been while in the background you can see the army of Groypers set upon him by Elon, clawing and squishing their faces against the windowpanes like a scene out of Shaun of the Dead.

Peasant Mindset is back and it rocks and we love it

All very good points, but important to remember that the many people in question a) refused to compromise with the rising tide of blood, and so were therefore unserious, and also, more importantly, b) weren’t columnists or party donors, so unproven in their political nous.

More and more people are following the Gregk Program 👍

The problem with the gradual depoliticisation of liberalism that has occurred over the past three decades is that you end up with people who simply cannot process the possibility not of refusing to ‘collaborate’ on this or that question, but rejecting the premise of the question itself.

Yeah, alright, big man talk. Let’s just see what happens when they’re sat across the table from our man Keith Starms. 😤

Somehow even worse than Longlegs. Osgood Perkins is one of the most incompetent filmmakers I have ever encountered. Incoherent, tedious, boring drivel.
