It's literally impossible to run the National Weather Service without talking to foreign partners. For example, the National Hurricane Center in Miami shares data with other nations in the Caribbean constantly to forecast storms. Everyone benefits. Weather doesn't stop at the borders.

A ripped & torn Collage is right for the expression of land today. The act of harmonizing scraps is going to be useful in the coming years.

My work is frequently about compositional vignettes and multiple perspectives - but these collages, torn from past works, feel very “now” in a mirror to the world kind of way

Album arrived today from @simeonwalker.bsky.social such a joy to see physical copies of the work and give a read to the history behind each song in the companion book. Remnants is yet another reason Simeon is my go to piano composer.
