We all watch a lot of football, but it's enlightening to watch literally any other team play atm. 99% of the time you can see teams attacking in a way that looks cavalier to us, but is in fact just normal. The system is so ingrained that our football has become painfully obvious.

Lovely. It must allow for so much focus at the desk.

With the Switch 2 on the horizon, it’s made me realise how vast my backlog is on the first one. I’ve finished a bunch of games on it, but also I have Dragons Dogma, every Xenoblade, Mario Wonder, Doom, Doom Eternal, Hades, Slay The Spire, Into The Breach, and more unplayed.

I always get far enough around Limgrave and the peninsula area below and then just tap out. I need to find some way to blast my way through as I always feel underpowered. 🤣

Windows 7 hell yes

Fellow Aussie here who’s completely given up on paying more for worse services over the years and realised that Real-Debrie + Stremio is the goat approach.

Awesome. I picked up an Ally Z1 Extreme recently. Keen to fire up Avowed and Indy next. Just beat Yakuza 0 for the first time on it. What a ride that was!

Got a Note 9 myself but don’t use it these days due to lack of security patches. Love the microSD and headphone jack though.

Looks awesome. Has your gaming approach shifted a bit with the Ally available to you?

Between Two Fires. Insane book.

This is blasphemous, but it’s why I have no issue obtaining clones from China if they aren’t going to sell me the original.

Heaps good.

That is the most Andrew Elmore forum post you’ll find. I fucking love it.

My laptop and Rog Ally are Xboxes, right?

Only thing stopping me from getting a Boox is reading how they phone home back to China *a lot*, so I'd need to look at ways of denying that. Otherwise I'll look at a Kobo.

Tiger was an all-timer. So solid.

I see you also appreciate PSP aesthetic.

The guy just wants to sit on his farm in peace. 😂 My initial comment was just in relation to the "juice" the MCU has or had. Whatever they had, it's long gone.

The Infinity Saga was a thing. They should be proud of it. I'll rewatch that whole thing with my kids when they're older. But fucking hell the MCU itself is just done.

I love how KCD2 is Cryengine and looks a million bucks whilst still running well. UE is a joke.

Honestly it’s like a brilliant front end to torrent repos. Plugins galore so you can have categories of the latest series movies from all the streaming services. I watch stuff, and if I really like it, I buy the BD after the fact.

Jeff, what if I told you his middle name is Yazid?

Playing on the Ally?

I reckon just share what you’re trying. Great to see!

New Square Enix franchise.

Nice. How do you like the Legion? I think I need more grunt than what the Deck offers.

Completely random follow up, but do you have a Rog Ally? I'm rocking a Steam Deck LCD but am looking to move to an Ally or Ally X for the power. I'm tapping out of TV consoles other than the Switch.

Sick setup. Kinda keen to go down this route as I embrace Switch and portable PC life more and more. Portable solar would be the icing on the cake.

😂 Good to know we’re from nations that are both up for the fight.

If SI close because of this life will never be the same. An absolute staple in my gaming history.

I love it. Two idiots. One in Europe. One in Australia. Playing golf with headsets on while our dogs roll their eyes at us. Next time I’m on I’ll look for your handle!

It’s quite clever. It seems like it records everyone’s efforts for the three holes played, then asynchronously has you play against them. So you’re playing “online” but they aren’t there in real time.

Got one myself for the Quest 2. I honestly love playing a round alone just casually. The battle mode is genuinely great, too.

Golf+? Low key one of the great games out there.

You should go to get the scoop on Silksong.

CryEngine is a dream.

The head turning to Morata doesn’t fill me with confidence, even in the situation we’re in. I hope we keep Havertz tidy enough for the remainder of the season and find a stronger long term prospect in the summer. Risky.

Playing for the first time. Up to chapter 11. Loving life.

Got a laptop with a 3060 mobile 6GB and it’s totally fine. Plays shit well at 1080-1440p. People are insane.
