founders succeed through luck, confidence grifting, and some amount of hard work. The skill set is basically irrelevant to a functional company’s executive leadership.
The board capture and founder stock class we see now enshrines founders in roles they are usually deeply unqualified to have.

There's no actual Constitution in effect if the President can make this claim without retraction or impeachment. The claim invalidates the Constitution, or the Constitution invalidates the claim. There's no fuzzy space here.

When people get to talking about movies I invariably mention that I think Constantine is one of the best made movies. It nails every single note of mood & feel and look. The casting is unbelievably impeccable. Then they laugh & I make them promise to watch it.

The media will add ambiguity to this as hard as they can. The armed left is based around the notion of communities protecting themselves because the state is early/already coopted by fascists.
You can't sell both sides newspapers if it's clear that one side is nazis and the other is not.
