I'm happy to see this take, because it means I'm not going crazy. The "only biological women are women" ruling in the UK a couple weeks ago was extremely narrow and didn't make a value judgment. It could be overcome by Labour simply passing a bill defining women to include trans women.

A lot of people in the comment section (and Matt Yglesias) missing the point that this is clearly a wedge issue between Trump and moderate conservatives, and that includes power centers like SCOTUS and Rogan. Smart money smells blood in the water, even if it's not obvious in the polling.
