Moved to tears by the comforting presence & counsel of my Guides. As soon as I reached out to them, my tears started flowing & the 5 of cups popped out reminding me release is good, healthy, & welcome. 😭 A beautiful conversation followed. I am still so amazed that we have loving helpers 24/7.

My doctor is over an hour late to call me for our Telehealth appointment. I’ve been stuck in ADHD holding the entire time. I haven’t eaten or taken the dog out. Ugh
