Glimpse of today's dinner - chorizo, potatoes (boiled for 15min first), chopped red and white onion, pieces of haloumi cheese, garlic cloves, seasoned with salt, red pepper and olive oil. Baked for 30 minutes (with stirring once) and grilled for 5 min at the end. #food 🍜
