Sane is such an ablist word. Super icky because of how it is normally directed at people with schitzo, bipolar, ADHD, autism, and more diagnosis. I feed the local birds and pull weeds in the garden for a sense of normalcy. I go on walks to see the ducks and watch people fish. I enjoy little things
