Posting pictures from my personal comic book collection. That's it. I quit collecting during the 2007 global financial meltdown. New job (60+ hours/wk) and family duties took up my time. Approaching retirement, so will start collecting again.

Excalibur #89 September 1995 #Marvel #comicbooks #collecting

Fantastic Four #257 August, 1983 #Marvel #FantasticFour #comicbooks #collecting

My text exchange with my daughter. They're on vacation so I'm plant-sitting my Granddaughter's flowers. She's 7. 8 years in the Navy on submarines. 28 years working on steel mill hydraulics. And I've never been so stressed in my life trying to keep these flowers from wilting.

Thor #299 September, 1980 Narrator Voice: "This comic did not end up being worth $2500 to Grumpy. Grumpy was sad." #Marvel #Thor #Comicbooks #collecting

Team Book Tuesday! Super-Villain Team-Up #14. October, 1977. Does this count as a "Team book?" #Marvel #comicbooks #DrDoom

Top Shelf Friday time! What's a comic in your collection that you think deserves to be on that top shelf? Whether its a key, rare, or just one you love❤️ This week, Fantastic Four #29 August, 1964 Yancy Street Gang shenanigans!!!! #TopShelfFriday #comics #Marvel #FantasticFour

The Pandora Pill #1 Acid Rain Studios, 1992 #comicbooks #collecting

I'm gonna need to listen to some Cyndi Lauper, Lionel Ritchie, Meat Loaf, Hall and Oates, and Bryan Adams to calm down. Don't bother me for awhile.

Team Book Tuesday! New Teen Titans #4 February, 1981 Probably always be my favorite TT lineup. Loved his transition to Nightwing, but there was just something ultra cool about Batman's sidekick leading his own team. And not the "Junior Justice League" version in the original series.

Marvel Spotlight (Vol. 2) #9 November, 1980 Originally appearing in my beloved Micronauts, Captain Universe gets a twist. The Uni-Force attempts to call Ray Coffin back into service but he has a heart attack. His son, Steve, is chosen instead. #Marvel #Micronauts

Not comic book related, but have y'all tried these Dr. Pepper Peeps? Insanely delicious and I don't even like Peeps. #peeps #DrPepper

Top Shelf Friday time! What's a comic in your collection that you think deserves to be on that top shelf? Whether its a key, rare, or just one you love❤️ Wolverine #1 September, 1982 Many, MANY, X-Men miniseries would follow. But this one will always be special. #TopShelfFriday #comics

Thing Thursday! Marvel Two-In-One #85 February, 1982 Narrator Voice: "It would NOT be, in fact, the final fate of Giant-Man. Because there would be this cyborg clone of Thor and....nah, it's still too soon." #marvel #Comicbooks #collecting

Weird Wednesday so how about: Gnatrat: Happy Birthday: 100 Years Old Dimension Graphics 1986 #comicbooks #collecting

Team Book Tuesday TwoFer! Secrets of the Legion of Super-Heroes #1 & #2. January & February, 1981

Top Shelf Friday time! What's a comic in your collection that you think deserves to be on that top shelf? Whether its a key, rare, or just one you love❤️ #TopShelfFriday #comics X-Men #29, 1967 Another book I picked up for less than $10 just before X-Men got really popular in the 80s.

Marvel Team-Up #130, June 1983 MTIO #83, December 1981 Saw someone criticize Daredevil: Born Again because there are characters from other series in it. "Should be ONLY Daredevil." Bruh, Marvel devoted entire series to having characters meet each other. In contrived scenarios.

Team Book Tuesday! Oh, that Raven and her Daddy issues! I love villains that describe themselves with their self-annointed titles. "I am Trigon the Terrible!" And I shall be known as "Grumpy the Gilravaging!" New Teen Titans #6 April, 1981 #comicbooks #TeenTitans #collecting

Feels like a Magneto Monday. Secret Wars #2 June 1984 Whatever you do, DON'T look at Wasp's eyes! #Marvel #Comicbooks #collecting

Supernatural Saturday so Vault of Evil #15 November 1974 #comicbooks #Collecting #Marvel

Top Shelf Friday time! What's a comic in your collection that you think deserves to be on that top shelf? Whether its a key, rare, or just one you love❤️ X-Men #39 (1967). Picked up from a bargain bin RIGHT before X-Men exploded in the 80s. Probably paid $2 for it. #TopShelfFriday #comics

Iron Man #181 April, 1984 Mandarin has had some bad costumes but this one takes the cake. Going for the "Magneto-Havok-Charlie 27-Mordred-Rama Tut-Black Mamba" look. He does get a point for NOT having a big "M" on his chest or belt. #Marvel #comicbooks #collecting

Marvel Team-Up #131 July, 1983 Gotta say, I absolutely loved Frog-Man in the She-Hulk Disney plus series. "Ribbit and Rip It!" #Marvel #Spider-Man #comicbooks #collecting

Team Book Tuesday! The New Wave #1 Eclipse Comics June, 1986 Really thought these guys were gonna be big. Errr...2 guys, 3 girls, and a robot

No cheating. Post the last photo of your pet. (They each have their own kennel but they like to take naps together in the same one.)
