My next door neighbor just brought over a container full of, I think, beef stew. They are Muslim and this is the time of Haj, traditionally when animals sacrificed. Bringing a beef stew to your neighbors! what a lovely way to honor one's own religion and a shared culture. I'm very blessed.

Just finished the first ink test on this latest Lino print, I really liked the outcome and had nothing to fix. Compared to previous blocks this was a fairly easy carve, it’s a lot easier when carving in negative space. Kept the book paper to do the run and I really liked how it all fit altogether
