Today was a reality check. Without Havertz,Saka and Martinelli we have no options. Was always about flunking a win until some of them were back.

We had to be perfect in defence and we wernt. The rest was predictable. A real shame but this wasn’t the game we lost the league. That was the window.

Congratulations Liverpool on a league title. Our transfer decisions gifting them a league.

Our lacklustre attack is to be expected but that was shambolic marking in the box for the Bowen goal.

The sun is *almost* out. Spring is here!

Yeah Villa are getting nothing here. This will be a comfortable Liverpool win.

That is absolutely gutting for Celtic.

Another week off now to practice throwing crosses into Merino for the rest of the season.

Merino becoming an elite CF was not the plot line I expected for this season.

You have to pray that Arsenal have worked on a Plan B because the current Plan A is a long way from coming good.

Sadly this first half performance is exactly what you would expect if you told us all we would be without our first choice front 3.

No sympathy when a winger is getting caught offside like that when they can look down the whole line. Just stay onside!

Got no idea how we will play but surely we have enough to beat Leicester? Nervous but hopeful. Arsenal just need to go game by game now.

What made Twitter grow was Retweeting, but interaction changed when a Like button was introduced. So hard to find good follows when people don't crop up in your timeline. People who followed you over there don't know you're here either. I'd encourage people to repost good stuff as a civic duty! #FF

Prediction - we will see a LOT of other players break down with injuries between now and the end of the season. The intensity is too much and there is way too much football being played. (But of course they won’t do anything about it)

Of course Michael Oliver today decides to give a player the benefit of discretion and not give Conor Bradley a 2nd yellow there to allow Liverpool the chance to sub him off.

Could be a disaster but this *could* work for Arsenal against Leicester - either way should be enough to beat them

Say what you want about the shocking Arsenal transfer strategy - but this horrendous bad injury luck. Don’t think any level of transfer planning can anticipate this. Secure 2nd place and hope for a decent CL run then move on to next season.

F about…find out.

Question for @arseblog.com and @arsenalvisionpodcast.com - using the Arsenal break and usually the interlulls to detox a bit from football incl not listening to podcasts - do you guys see a drop in listeners during this period?

That Martinelli news is a killer blow. Think that’s the faint hope of Arsenal catching Liverpool now gone. Sigh.

Side note - Alexander Isak plays against us like a man who is angry we didn’t sign him.

As said today was basically a free hit but bloody hell that was as bad as it could have possibly gone. Dont even think Newcastle have had to work that hard to beat us in these two legs. Lots to learn.
