The new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet convinces me that Game Freak should have waited until the Switch 2 to release it. Instead, they should have relied on existing Pokemon games already released and add additional content.

The SendouQ major was fun to watch. Thoughts during groups: - The day Moonlight gets that wild run will be insane and much deserved - Healthy diet is the fun oddball that can keep other teams in check - Hypernova, big props to Datkid and Lexi in how much they’ve improved over the years.

Skill is not the only thing that influences whether you get to top level in any sport, including e-sport. It plays a big role but without including discussion about resources and luck, it doesn’t capture the whole picture.

I like Walker but the argument that he should be Cap instead of Sam is flawed when you ask this what-if scenario: “Would Walker, as Captain America, sign the Sokovia Accord?” Walker is a soldier who did not question authority. Steve & Sam are people 1st, soldiers 2nd, who questioned authority.

Finally finished Fire Emblem Engage. I think this game and Three Houses are both great. I prefer Engage, probably because of the engage mechanic. As for my favorite characters, I’d say Ivy, Celine, Chloe, Diamant, Lapis, and Timerra were my favorite characters. Time to play Astral Chain!

My hypothesis is that when Dr. Strange looked at 14 million different realities in Infinity War, he only saw 1 outcome where Thanos AND Tony died. I think he wanted Tony to die a hero because if Tony lived…he would continue to obsess over the multiverse and become Doom. It still happened though…?

I’m graduating in about a month from my masters program. Aside from the alumni network and established connection to Los Angeles, I think the program was a let down. However, I did need the break from work. I’m excited to go back to state government or find opportunities in county government.

I honestly miss MCU phase 2 fandom. Just a bunch of fans enjoying the films. Big enough to enjoy a community but still small enough to not have the toxic fans in the community. It’s one of the reasons I like Splatoon. It’s the best shooter game that most shooter player fans will never play.

Watched Eternals for the 2nd time & while my opinion of it improved, I still think it’s the worst MCU film. Good visuals & characterization of Druig, Sersi, Kingo & Thena, & cool Makari v Ikaris scene. But the story, MCU connection, & explanation for no involvement in Thanos invasion was poor (1/?)
