🧶 Attempting a Shetland lace shawl and so far failing spectacularly. Missing stitches, dropping (and losing) stitches while tinking and now, snapping the thread while attempting to frog and pick up the initial garter stitches. Wrong yarn maybe. Hmm, enthusiasm for this project is taking a battering.

#ShowMeYourKnits 🧶 Knitted this a year or so ago; ripped it back to balls and made a knee rug for a friend instead. Jumper was too big. Plus an oddity from the 1980s. And finally a beanie I completed today. My cable Aran sweater is elsewhere in my Bluesky posts.
