Found this giant dinosaur dog toy at TJ Maxx and had to get it for my pup Bonny for Christmas to see how she would play with a toy almost as big as she is. Spoiler alert, while she's a little confused by it, she loves it! Merry Christmas everyone!

Sometimes you just don't feel like working out. I ask myself if it's mental or if I need rest. If it's mental, power through! Today was a power through day. Wanted to skip cardio, instead I walked some hills, then closed with a mile run. PR on bicep curls after. Ignore the doubts and stay focused!
