At Thanksgiving I’m on cocktail duty. This year I made a bell pepper infused vodka, and to that I added Nixta corn liqueur, Method dry vermouth, and a pastille chile liqueur called Alma Tepec. It’s got strong vegetal vibes with a small bite of spice. Going to call it Fresh Cut.

1/ Last week I went to six art fairs and two openings. Over the week I saw every booth, thousands of pieces of art. There were even a handful of works on screens. But the only generative art I saw was on one wall of the Taschen booth to celebrate their book On NFTs.
