7 Wash Post journalists just reported that many of those rendered from the U.S. to El Salvador were in the U.S. legally, and Venezuela refused the transfer only after Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act, adding that property belonging to those he deems enemies is subject to “seizure and forfeiture.”
