I remember hearing throughout the beginning of the LA fires that they were the result of "mismanagement." You know what's mismanagement? Ordering the Army Corps of Engineers to release 2.2 billion gallons of water onto a dry lake bed in Central CA that has no way of getting to Southern CA. 1/2
