To the person who blew their horn at me while I was at the stop sign, F|_|€K OFF. I didn’t feel like getting t-boned by either of the cars on the cross road. They didn’t have stop signs.

We remember. 35 years ago, 14 students were killed & many injured because they were women. Their lives were cut short by a man who blamed feminists for his failings. As we remember the victims at École Polytechnique, reflect too on the ongoing effects of gender-based violence and femicide.

This Friday, December 6, is The National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. In Halifax, a candlelight vigil starts at 4:15 PM at the Public Gardens. Hosted by THANS and Avalon.

Roundabouts are easy to use, the people already in the roundabout have the right a way. Almost got smoked twice in the new roundabouts at Glendale Ave and Duke St.

None of us like that it’s darker earlier every day however if your car has automatic lights, turn that feature on. The number of cars driving around without their lights on was scary.

How long can the political parties keep their signs up after the election? Still seeing lots of signs up for all the parties.
