With all this AI slop everywhere it has me wondering if there will be an artistic response to it along the lines of how painters reacted to photography. Will we see, for lack of a better word, more idiosyncratic execution, less polish & refinement towards a singular goal. More expressionistic.

I did a proper hand drawn animation (paperless) for the first time in years and it was an identical experience to doing life drawing for the first time in years: 1-false confidence 2-intense frustration 3- despair 4- enjoyment. I need to make time to do it more often
