This piece is long but the tldr is that Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Search are fucked and are going to increasingly collapse into AI hellscapes as spammers realize they can repeatedly attack the algorithms with whatever works. Ad industry is brute forcing, SEO is brute forcing

My only point is, use caution when reading any outlets who are reporting 'news' from inside Russia, or any other pro-Russian country for that matter, especially right now.

If this seems to be biased in favor of Russia... it is. Guy Faulconbridge is Reuters' Moscow bureau chief. Not suggesting Faulconbridge is pro-Russian. I have no idea if he is or or isn't. Just know foreign press is not going to be allowed to report from inside any truth and remain inside.

Unless something changed btw Feb 20 and now, that is an interesting hammer they've decided to use considering they are doing everything they can to gut DoEd's OCR enforcement arm effectively putting a freeze on all investigations except disability complaints. www.propublica.org/article/depa...

FFS, would you people STOP normalizing this dogecoin "DOGE" bad pun joke lie that makes fun not only of you media but the American people and our constitutional representative government? "DOGE" is not an "agency." "DOGE" is not a department. Either go take a civics course on how that works or stfu

Lol. To imply they are NPC implies they have no choice and not controlled by a player. They are consciously and wittingly holding-their-own-controller active players. They are fools and tools, cowards and traitors, in their MAGAt MMO.

lol, not really, they were both horrible bible-thumping assholes who peddled bigotry and racist bs hate wrapped up in their self-righteous lies back then. Which is my point. It was not better in 1975, let alone 80s or 90s. No state would have dared put equal marriage rights on any state ballot.

You also know as I do who was beating those drums as hard as Rs in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, esp with their intolerant religiosity, while holding senate hearings trying to ban Rock & Roll music because their own brats were getting high and in trouble. Their ripe hypocrisy from then to now still stinks.

What's crazy is saying it was more tolerant 50 years ago. You're 1 year older than me, you know that is not true. Maybe in MA, to some degree, but in the south at 10 I was still experiencing bussing because 'tolerant' was a 4 letter word and would be for the next 25 years. Now we're going backwards.

Considering Musk made its name after that stupid dogecoin that was nothing more than a joke poking fun at the idiocy of cryptocurrency using blockchain how long, if ever, until they figure out he is literally make fun of them all, from pundits to politician to fanbois, making them his useful idiots?

One thing people, real people, not their crazy AI bots they are flooding platforms with, need to remember is whatever platform, they are not a 'public square', they are a for-profit business. Moderate or not, don't let them continue to hijack the meaning of "free speech" with their corporate speak.

"giving people voice" his ass. He's getting ready to "flood" the platform with AI bots. They've been doing it for a while, but a recent release of his AI Studio "quickly became a hotbed of virtual boyfriends and girlfriends" www.yahoo.com/tech/faceboo...

Considering he appealed to them to censor critics there on safety issues/recalls on Tesla's deathtraps it should come as no surprise. Just a continuation of his ketamine little tin god delusions. Original source was Bloomberg, here is write up w/o paywall. www.techdirt.com/2021/07/13/t...
