Lmao. Being in the middle of a house buying chain absolutely sucks. Here’s a list of shit things it has inflicted upon us so far

Aw, they gave El*n M*sk his own holiday?

I've cancelled my spotify account and gone back to listening to what's on my computer/phone. One of my favourite things about playing it on shuffle is that I have the GTA 3 soundtrack in there, so occasionally I get a random insane commercial between songs

At this point, the main motivation for my cutting season isn't some health or aesthetic benefit, I just long for the day I'm free of the oppressive bullshit of the myfitnesspal app

Broke my French press, so I’m doing it the old fashioned way

Planned the cable runs, access points and CCTV points for the new house last night, and it's going to be glorious

eske teske tää

I hate that I needed to re-find a news story about the M*sk bullshit that's currently going on, and the only search term my brain would give me was "big balls"

Everyone thinks it’s a joke when I talk about investing in companies who’ve fucked up bad in cyber, but I just doubled my money on solarwinds ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The worst thing about this is you can’t turn it off. I’ve literally started my questions with “don’t suggest edits. I like copying and pasting”, but that goes ignored.

oh nice, the bad guys' HQ in Sonic 3 is where the London pwc office is. Vibes check out 100%

Six six six, the number of the bins Glass and metals was made to be recycled

Aw yay I just got published! 12 years after doing the work, and 10 years after leaving academia…

Star Trek: Section 31 may have been so shit I stopped hated it as a Star Trek film, and slightly enjoyed it on its own merits as total trash. 2/10, last minute pity star awarded because Jamie Lee Curtis showed up

Since I'm finally about to move somewhere where I'll be vastly less reliant on trains to get around, I thought I'd total up all my delay repay claims, and I've "made"... ...£500 in 10 years of using trains!

I thought bloodletting was a medieval thing not done today. TIL, I guess…

Starmer sure said AI quite a few times. If the UK was a tech company, our shares would have jumped 5% today. Not sure it works on countries.

Google's AI search results thing is so consistently bad and always wrong in some way, I've just dropped them as my default search for the first time ever. I can't believe it can't be disabled.
