to track my hydration, I go by an old summer camp expression, that one's #1 should be "clear and copious" tbf dehydrated kids dropping in the heat after drinking soda all day was abig problem!

The adage I live by is to buy the cheap thing at first and when it breaks get the expensive version. If you use the cheap one enough to break down, you'll get the value from the expensive version. Has served me well with keyboards, headphones, kitchen appliances, etc.
