Today, I decided to look at the doge.gov web site. The page opens up to links on a bunch of X (aka Twitter) posts. Since when was Twitter the official page of government actions?

Confused! This is the EO establishing DOGE. Section 1 states the purpose: “This Executive Order establishes the Department of Government Efficiency to implement the President’s DOGE Agenda, by modernizing Federal technology and software to maximize governmental efficiency and productivity.”

Seems the Trump plan is to “flood the zone” with terrible picks everywhere. We need to focus on the most critical ones and not worry so much about the others. They can be dealt with later. What is Critical? DOJ, FBI, MILITARY. These are the agencies dictators use to grab and keep power. 1/
