#monorepos are cool… until they’re not. I’ve spent the better part of last week deep in the weeds with a monorepo that houses: - a @nextjs.org app - an @expo.dev app - a tamagui components library - a @hono.dev server - and an SST app for infra & APIs all stitched together with shared code.
