To add to this, while I am still upset about how it didn't win any awards, I am still very proud of the Silent Bloober team. The fact that SH2 was a contender for 5 different awards is amazing in it's own right. Even if they didn't win, they still did amazing enough that it was recognized.

The amount of people saying SH2R didn't deserve any awards because "it's a remake of a 23 year old game" seem to be completely forgetting that not only was FF7R a contender for GOTY, they won awards in other areas. Remakes still make good games and deserve their due recognition.
