I really like this alternate framing. I have no idea what turn any of my decks win, but being able to say “I want to have to start worrying about the game ending on turn X” is a much clearer guideline. I’ll have to try this next Commander night at the store.

She’s absolutely right here, and also: why do pundits claim Democrats lose because they go too far left, but no one seems to say Republicans shouldn’t go so far right? Glad she pushed back on that idea.
