Would you recognise the signs of an overdose? If a person is unresponsive & has any other sign like: Snoring, Shallow Breathing, Pale Skin, Blue Lips or Pinpoint Pupils, they could be experiencing an overdose. Call 999 & administer naloxone. We CAN prevent drug deaths www.StopTheDeaths.com

Stressy day so I decide to try chamomile tea (coz everyone tells me it’s calming). Find some stashed in the cupboard and guzzle 1.5L. Then I remember my clotting disorder & that this was on a don’t consume list I was given ages ago. Now most definitely not a stress free night & my tummy hurts 😂🙈🫖

Folks, please consider getting a phone/watch with crash detection. Last Sun I received a text from hubbie’s Iwatch telling me it had detected a crash. I tried to call him & when there was no answer I called 999 & shared his location that was sent to me. The tech works. It could be a lifesaver. ❤️

My health app sent me a notification to congratulate me that there was an increase in my amount of daily stairs climbed. This is not the flex they think it is. It accurately reflects the amount of times I went downstairs to go to the fridge 😂 #health #phdstudent #snackysnacks #foodie

PhD guilty today after taking last night off to go to the cinema. Went to see MacBeth with David Tennant. Utterly wonderful! Thoroughly recommend. Also available at the moment on national theatre at home is Macbeth with Ralph Fiennes and Indira Varma who were both phenomenal when I saw it live.

After American airspace was closed on 9/11, over 230 flights with 30,000 passengers and crew were diverted to Canadian airports. Transport Canada received thousands of calls from members of the public offering to help the stranded passengers. Thinking about that today, for no particular reason.

Ran out of bread and nipped to the shop. Apparently we need to be stockpiling toilet rolls again. The queues were wild, people laden with ‘essentials’. One emergency phone alert and folk are panic buying 😂🙈
