I'm getting back into comics, and WOW, Image does not disappoint. I was a fan of several of their publications back in the day (Saga and Morning Glories to name 2), and The Lucky Devils seems to be just as good! Beautiful art style and a surprisingly feel-good story beat at the end of Issue 1!

David Lynch gave us the language we needed to better articulate the indescribable strangeness of our shared reality. “Lynchian” is so overused because it’s a viscerally understandable word without any known synonyms. I can’t imagine a more beautiful artistic legacy than that.
