Three things made the US a rich and powerful nation: the rule of law, its science & innovation system, and openness to foreign talent. Remarkable how Trump has taken a sledgehammer to all three. No enemy of this country could do more.

Good article in the WSJ today about tariffs and their impact, using high tariff Brazil as the example. Lula’s country bans iPhones built outside of the country. As a result they sell for double the US price. Being GREAT again is going to be so great.
