It gladdens my heart when education professionals accept that there’s plenty we can learn from other sectors. And obviously there’s lots that others can learn from us. If we only ever look inward we limit our ability to find creative solutions to challenges.

An interesting move.. @SatisEducation have undertaken recruitment processes for trusts who have used the terminology “Trust Leader” and it isn’t well received by candidates. It’d be interesting to compare candidates’ perceptions with those of other members of a trust’s staffing body. #EduSky
