Being a job seeker is already a nightmare and even worse in today's aggressively anti-worker climate. Dear employers, the least you could do is send a courtesy "we went with someone else" e-mail instead of ghosting candidates you actually interviewed.

Folks, please, I beg you. Use Alt text. I see so many posts worthy of reposting, but the lack of Alt text stops me. And I am far from the only one. Alt text equals empathy. I don't know how else to put it in words. Social/political justice without disability justice is null and void. Please!

I think some people, including on campuses, are unwilling to confess what's happening. They thought the HR version of DEI was silly. So they've railed against it at times. So they feel awkward speaking up. But Trump isn't ending DEi. He's overseeing the full scale resegregation of American society.
