I have a union manufacturing job. My job provides for my family and has great wages and benefits. I have a 22yo, a 20yo, and a 11yo. I still want something better for them. Because I’m 41yo and have a shoulder that’s fucked, hands that hurt constantly, and tendonitis in one elbow. It sucks.
