I've signed up for a 10k in October (from BMD) in aid of EITC. I used to do the 5k parkrun weekly and was ok running a longer 10k too. But that was 5 years ago Are there any programmes I can follow to get prepared? I've got plenty of time but I know if I don't start now it'll suddenly be October
