Reading American baking instructions is so stupid. They will use 3+ different measurement systems for some reason instead of just using the only one that makes sense. "Add 3 grams to 5 US fluid ounces at 72ºF with 15 glorpygloops" Bro how about making your units based on something terrestrial??
