Can you explain to me why the Comm wasted 2 mins jumping offside when last week saquon scored “dagger” TD late then rams legit scored as fast as the commanders wasted doing that. I didn’t understand the time waste which if you really had any real chance of coming back you needed that time.

I know none of this matters now but if they seriously had a chance to win they needed that time they would have needed one quick score and 2 stops and 2 other scores which they would have had time for but wasting that 2 mins is essentially giving the eagles the same amount of clock as going 3&out

I know hindsight it didn’t matter but if they just let saquon score or eagles score on next play they have over 14 mins left and if they could scored quickly it would have given them being down 2 scores with more time then the rams had the week before.

I need 301 help I haven’t heard anyone talking about why the eagles wouldn’t want them to award a TD. I wanted the commanders to keep jumping and replaying downs. They wasted close to 2 mins I looked it up they wasted the same amount of time as it took the rams to score after saquon long run late.

I wish the refs never stopped them jumping they wasted 2 minutes. All I was thinking was after saquon breaking it late vs rams then rams scoring in less time then the commanders wasted. I know hindsight it wouldn’t have mattered but if they really were gonna come back they needed that time!

Dickerson was also playing with a bad knee at this point so I think the commanders defense did take advantage of that center position a few times which I think may have been because of both centers were hurt in this game. Even a half step slower is too slower in the NFL

Game script matters. I do think they should have tried passing more late cuz running seemed hard in the snow but no team is really going to pass up late trying to kill clock that’s not what NFL teams do I disagree with it but that’s the play call in those situations especially in those conditions

What makes Hurts so valuable for eagles? They punted twice on 4th and 1 plus was stopped on 3rd & 1 without Hurts. Plus goal-line drive a FG from 6. Those 4 drives are different with hurts and helps the D. The secret to top Ds is not playing a lot of snaps because of efficient offense

Team is fine as long as Hurts play that isn’t even a game if hurts never gets hurt. They would have dominated and not allowed the commanders to even have enough possessions to come back with hurts on field.
