The refusal to provide people due process before shipping them off to foreign prisons is criminal and intolerable. It must not be normalized. Everyone who believes in justice and America needs to speak up now.

I would not have predicted that large universities would show more courage than either Big Law or corporate media. Good for them.

A more fitting tribute to the sponge of collaborators that enabled out of gluttony in greed for Power and Money, I offer only a wish; no least than 10 fold for in Karma for each child, elderly, vulnerable, handicapped, disabled, vets suffered the hardships and harm!

Looks like we’re doing this, y’all. Get your signs, get your friends, we got your back - when our people get abducted - WE FIGHT BACK ‼️

Senator Cory Booker: "The truth is that right now, our nation is in crisis. The President has inflicted harm after harm on Americans’ safety, financial stability, the foundations of our democracy, and any sense of common decency." He's spot on. This administration is a nightmare.

The president told a Central American dictator to build five more massive slave labor camps to hold US citizens.

Many products sold in the U.S. are made in El Salvador. In response to the El Salvador president’s statements today, we’re calling for an immediate boycott of all Salvadoran-made goods. Please help by listing any products or brands made in El Salvador in the comments below.

People are lining up for hours at Kharkiv blood center to donate for Sumy, because it’s the closest option. How can anyone think we’d give up even an inch to Russia? Photo: Anna Gin

@warren.senate.gov: "State attorneys general have the same opportunity to investigate, dig in, get what the facts are. So for example, Letitia James, the NY attorney general, which has jurisdiction over the stock market and the trading that happens in NY, might decide she would take a look at this."

Over the past 20 years, Paris has undergone a major physical transformation, trading automotive arteries for bike lanes, adding green spaces and eliminating 50,000 parking spaces. Part of the payoff has been invisible — in the air itself.

"On Tyranny" is a #1 NYT bestseller again. I wish the moment were different. But I’m glad the book is useful. And grateful for all the kind words about putting the 20 lessons to work. snyder.substack.com/p/twenty-les...

Friend of mine was reported “dead” by her ex-husband. She only learned about it when applying for credit for something or other. It was a HUGE mess she had to go and fix- this would present ICE with multiple opportunities to abduct immigrants just trying to regain access to their bank accounts etc.

Do you see? The Grotesque Opportunistic Predators are doing the same thing.

Adolf Hitler's “Mein Kampf” is still on U.S. Naval Academy shelves. “I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings” and “Memorializing the Holocaust” are not. An order by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s office led to a purge of books that are critical of racism — but preserved volumes defending white power.

I agree. In a functioning democracy, we would already be in the midst of an impeachment trial.

Last year, the EU and its Member States supported Ukraine with €20 billion. This year, over €23 billion have been committed. We are already doing more — and we can go even further. My doorstep ahead of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group at NATO ↓

I think they're testing the waters. The money needs to start moving NOW.

The SEC is the only agency that could get to the bottom of who did these trades — and they would have to want to know.

This is my birth city Kharkiv, Ukraine. This is an insanity. Reportedly, Russia started an offensive on the city. It is the first capital of Ukraine with (normally) a population of 2M.
