I doubt it. Amariel is already reasonably wealthy meaning you'd need a pretty absurd amount of money to sway her, and the only person she'd want seeing such imagery already has some - taken through homebrewed methods that likely included magic.

Amariel is long of ear, which is considered attractive in Ishgard. I've been told that's a thing. Beyond that, she puts effort into her appearance so I'd imagine she's canonically attractive.

It's less who she's with and more where the deed is done. If she and the wife end up making love in an inn room or something they'll be more furtive, but back home they can let it out more freely. That said neither of them are particularly loud in bed to begin with.
