I just write sad weirdos who are also very queer. Currently outlining a magical school serial and quite thrilled about it.

Currently outlining a magical school web serial that was inspired by a Kids on Brooms campaign (iykyk). It's queer AF, features kids testing boundaries and learning magically and otherwise, a sentient Scottish skeleton, and the fallout of evil winning a cruel war. Stay tuned! #amoutlining #writing

•Cami - fully extroverted •Elias - before the war? mostly extroverted; after the war? other •Alastair - introverted It's fun getting to write him versus the other two because he very much wants his space and will be a dick to enforce it at times.

My husband, who is in school for computer science, recommended a new program for organizing notes and I don't think he understands my "ooh shiny" fascination with new outlining *methods*. I do like that this connects things for me though when I draw a connection. #amoutlining #writing still, shiiiny

Honestly, probably Rhys or Harper. Rhys because he's the only (mostly) well-adjusted character we see much of in Hexmark. Harper because she's smart as hell and I'd love to be able to do magic like her.

Me: I LOVE WRITING Also me: *hyperventilation the thought of trying to finish a story*

*Ron Swanson voice* Just give me all the lesbians and thembies you have. Wait. Wait. I worry what you just heard was "Give me a lot of lesbians and thembies." What I said was... give me all the lesbians and thembies you have. Do you understand? (This is my personal book philosophy)

Well, I'm brand new here. What's everyone working on? Anyone working on fantasy? Romance? Romantasy? #writing #writingcommunity #writersky

Alastair Lightbringer: He fought for the Emperor, thereby putting a dictator in charge. There's plenty of rumors swirling about him amongst the grownups, and Cami is going to fight endlessly with him because she's pretty sure he's a spy for the Emperor. Why else would the Emperor's chosen son teach?

Elias the Unnamed, the Defensive and Combative Magic professor at Hexmark. He fought against the current Emperor (who is also his father) in the war, and when he lost the war, the Emperor sent a troop of soldiers to collect him. The Headmistress turned them to stone. He tries to help Cami see greys.

Cami is the creation of my player from our Kids on Brooms campaign, who has graciously given me permission to run with her in the serial version of things. It will deviate heavily at times as our campaign started from a desire to see HP queer since we're both queer. HP but make it trans and queer.

This is Cami Kestral Gordon Ortiz, the main lead of The Forbidden Tower. She's a trans Scottish-Mexican mage raised outside the magical world after her parents fled when her grandfather was executed during a brutal war. She is proud to be a rebel, tough, and simply would not run (as Alex says).
