(1/4) I watched the Fox Hollow docuseries on Hulu last night with my husband. I was only a kid when those murders happened, but it was so close to home—literally less than 5 miles—that my mother and grandma never told me about it. I learned about it only very recently.

Creativity is like a houseplant, not an endless well. You need to seek out sunlight, water, and nutrients in art, shows, music, experiences, and more to tend to it. And just like plants it has its dormant and active periods and you may not seem improvement for some time.

Ok now that I know that we’re an ALT text family here, I feel like the challenge of describing the photo makes me want to post more photos. It reminds me of that game where you describe a painting to someone who is trying to paint it from your description…actually that’s exactly what it is.
