This is a historic legal case for the sport of MMA and as far as I understand it, a huge result for antitrust, with only 2 people covering the final proceedings. Nash and Josh Gross. Kudos to you guys for showing up. I get that this was mostly procedural, but I laughed out loud when I heard that.

This Day in Labor History: February 3, 1908. The Supreme Court decided the case of Loewe v. Lawlor. In it, it declared that unions violated the Sherman Anti-Trust Act by calling for a secondary boycott in solidarity with a strike. Once again, the Supreme Court was the enemy of the working class!
