It was filibustered, but don't think I didn't notice the Medicare thing! Hoping Democrats will throw transgendered people under the bus to renew Medicare funding. As one of the poorest people in this state...no amount of money or entitlements will make me change my opinion! Protect trans lives!

My favorite story for black history month is The Combahee River Raid. Over 700 people were rescued. I can imagine Tubman leading that raid. captain of her ship using all of her 5 feet 2 inches to take on the confederates. Beautiful history. Their lives should not just matter, but be cherished.
