I am actually seriously enjoying the upsurge of Pride in America from the younger generation it is amazing to see the free expression of belonging and pride in your country of birth! USA is really shaking things up in a good way!

Just completed a US residential real estate study for new investors. Seems that of all the states seen to be ideal investment destinations- 100% happen to be 'run' by Republicans or have a majority of Republican voters....just saying it's what foreign buyers are also asking!

🤦🏻‍♂️ I think if one engages with social media it needs to come with a warning that unfortunately the majority of the people, NOT ALL, are just weird strange and will always be hurt and offended and expect everyone to sit with them, agree with them and cry together.
