My back hurts, so I’m building the game standing up🎮

Good Morning.

Building the game. It’s hard cause my back hurts🎮

Good Morning.

Good Morning.

I hurt my back again😓

Good Morning.

Purchased COLDPLAY’s latest CD, MOON MUSIC. The cover looks like Death Stranding when you turn it like this🌈😅

Purchased ALPHAVILLE’s 40th Anniversary BEST album. 40 years already. The Cold War was still going on at the time. I listened to them often as a West Berlin band. The deluxe editions of SALVATION and PROSTITUTE were also out, so I bought those too.

With WOODKID.

Good Morning.

Magazine “anan” has a game special in this week’s magazine. “30 questions to Hideo Kojima”🙏👍😅

50 years….everything is so nostalgic.

When I was a kid, this bridge made me feel so full of excitement.

Rewrote the essay, but still exceeded word limitations.

I have this.

We have to pass the torch, and let our children read our messy and sad history by its light. We have all the magic of the digital age to do that with. The human race will probably come to an end some time, and new species may rule over this planet...

Finished reading “Mankind” by Taiyo Fujii. It's been a while since I read a full-fledged near-future sci-fi that gave me chills. The seamless blend of cutting-edge technology and refined ideas is stunning. The foresight in its themes combined with its highly entertaining narrative is top-notch.

Stephen King’s “The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon.” Complete translation edition by Makiko Ikeda.

Wrote the essay for anan. But went over the word limitations again.

I got a bit tired of reading so browsed my subscription. Saw the anime “Dandadan” was up, so I decided to watch the first episode. I haven't read the original manga, but being from the generation that loves the occult and UFOs, it really hit home 🛸 I used to skim through “Mu” magazine too.

Watched “Salem’s Lot.”

Honestly Daichi Miura’s new song “HORIZON DREAMER” is a really great song. The dance is fantastic too. It’s currently available on streaming 🙏👍🫶

Fav song🙏👍🫶

BTW, Satoshi Kon and I were born in the same year, 1963🙏

It’s been 14 years since the release of “Peace Walker.” I was still in my mid-40s at the time. Many game companies had started shifting towards developing apps for feature phones. After creating MGS4, I strongly felt the need for a proprietary engine.

"Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head," which is also featured as one of the song in DS2. While doing the stage event at TGS, I suddenly felt the urge to rewatch “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid” (1969), so I got both the Blu-ray and the soundtrack ready.
