Apparently, guinea pigs developed "wheeking" specifically to communicate with humans. So basically, the way humans say "pspspspsps" to cats, that's what guinea pigs are doing to us.

I would say no. If it's replicated, it's a facsimile. An accurate approximation but not authentic. You are eating matter made to emulate what human flesh would taste like, not actual human flesh. Similarly, you are not a murderer if you kill somebody in a holodeck simulation.
