I don’t understand how so many people fail to understand how tariffs work.

Doing a reread now, halfway through Arctic Incident. One of my favorite lines:
Fowl’s participation in the goblin uprising was probably one of the best things that could have happened to him. He spent time outdoors, got exercise, met new people. Pity most of them were trying to kill him.

I used water soluble aida to do a couple of aprons and a pillow case. Works well.

Yup, I rarely find anything worth doing in a .2 or .25 nozzle. Generally a .4 is perfect for me.

Same thing with my cat. Picked up round 2 of antibiotics today. His appetite and energy are both fine.

That looks great! I’ve done a couple stitch projects with the dissolvable paper too—takes a little getting used to. Nice work!

Strangle California in its efforts to rebuild and there will be a reciprocal recession as the state underwrites most of the US economy. The quicker California is back on its feet he better for the whole country.

Welcome to 3D printing life. I’ve been 3D printing since 2012 and I still love watching the machines print.

Last week he tried to go after the sea lions and the penguins when we watched Frozen Planet. He dreams big!

I grew up in the area of the Eaton Canyon fire. Lived there for 20 years. I have never seen seen it spreading this fast and this badly before.

In the middle of a reread of the Thirteenth Child books by Patricia C Wrede while I figure out what I want my TBR to look like this year. The Lady Astronaut books will definitely be on my reread list with a new one coming out so soon.

Legends and Lattes - cozy fantasy
Thirteenth Child - life in the magical northwestern frontier with magical wildlife
Jane of Lantern Hill - one of the lesser known LM Montgomery books
Howl’s Moving Castle - I love this one so much

Earthquakes, fires, blizzards. I feel like we already need a reset on 2025.

It takes a little while to pick up but it’s totally worth it. Can’t wait for season 2.
